All clean, first class staff and location. Compact unit with a walk in shower.

I had a fairly nice stay with a breakfast included and liked the location, it was perfect and so close to the centre.

Staff and location were all fabulous. Truly enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant Windsor.

It was clean, and I appreciated very good atmosphere and service. I was offered a tasty breakfast for the price paid. I came here for 4 nights and had a very nice stay.

In relation to the good price paid, it was recently refurbished place to stay with very good service. The rooms were airy, the beds were comfy, and the view was nice.

I stayed here for 2 nights and loved my choice. Central heating and a writing desk in the room, ideal location. Good food as for buffet breakfast.

Always spotless place with caring staff and enviable location. The superior double room was functional, included a shower, a hairdryer and fresh towels.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Fine staff and location, I really enjoyed to be here. I slept so comfy in the soft bed. Stylish hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. Plus it was in a lovely area.

The hotel is fairly clean, staff are cheerful and breakfast is reasonable. Light room, lovely beds, modern bathroom.

Staff was really friendly, brilliant location in a fairly nice area. We had a family room and it was warm and cosy. Food was appetising with a great selection of options. Loved Harrogate, the hotel was boutique. Excellent service, just what we needed.

warm rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, gorgeous breakfast. the room had coffee and heating plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. the location was pleasant, near all amenities and the town too. the service was brilliant, i had 3 relaxing nights here.

A classic hotel in Harrogate. The staff were lovely and the position was marvellous. Truly enjoyed your waitress. We were in a classic twin room with a work desk and television...

The room was spacious and we appreciated the stay. It is found in a green area. For shots visit The Winter Gardens, nestled within 20 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Good location for bus right outside and town can be reached on foot, room was clean. Great value for money!

Pet friendly in wonderful location, within minutes walk to centre. loads of parking space

Satisfactory breakfast, comfy beds. An easy walk to bettys cafe tea rooms, where you can have lunch: D

useful staff, marvelous setting. taste the food in the old swan, you only need to walk 400 metres to reach it. near the airport, 20 km. the room was good sized.
